SPIRONICS
SPIRONICS is a system of body balancing which is based on the inherent tendency of the body to twist or spiral, clockwise or anticlockwise.
Everyone spirals to one side or the other and this relates to inherent handedness and brain hemisphere orientation.
However, problems arise when this tendency becomes exaggerated through stress, trauma, and poor posture. When this happens, the body literally winds up, creating distortion, muscle tightness and compensations, joint imbalances and possible dysfunction in any part or system of the body.
SPIRONICS identifies and balances the exaggerated spiral, which is characterised by specific patterns of overtight and weak muscles. These muscles are brought into balance through a simple yet powerful graduated stretching technique. Tight muscles are released and weak muscles are strengthened, and because they are balanced against each other, this has a longer lasting, deeper and more powerful effect than other forms of bodywork.
I offer basic and an advanced courses (certificated), each spanning a weekend. The basic course teaches the complete SPIRONICS balance, including muscle testing and identification of the Spiral Patterning.
The Advanced course enhances your skills to deepen the SPIRONICS balance even further, plus many useful techniques to effectively deal with specific structural problems.
Some knowledge and experience of bodywork is required.

Correspondence Course
This course consists of ten modules.
Each module consists of a Tutorial and a Practical section that requires about a month of study and application in the use of Homeobotanically prepared remedies.
The course trains the student to become a competent Homeobotanical Therapist.
The final assessment is made through a Discovery Diary in which the student records his or her observations during the entire course.
On completion, the Diary is forwarded to the Assessor and if satisfactory, returned with a written examination (cost $150-00). If inadequate, the Diary will be returned with a written request for further case studies to demonstrate further improvement and understanding before the written exam is forwarded.
This is an open book exam that enables us to be satisfied that you have understood the contents of the New Zealand Bush and Herbal Energy Course.
